When Wild River Realty offers property FOR SALE our agents are acting as the "Listing Agent". As such we have a fiduciary responsibility to represent only the Seller's interests as it relates to that property. Correspondingly, for properties offered outside of Wild River Realty's listings, our agents will only work as a "Buyer's Agent".
